The Front Gate - Banner needs attention but it works! The path is paved with pea-gravel and the soil is sand - if it rains you'll realize that quite a bit of thought went into construction of the paths! The path is lined with vendor's tents but eventually you will come to the more permanent structures toward the back of the grounds. Speaking of permanent structures, this one is typical of the open design. Stick vendor
Medieval Moccasins new booth Ida in front of Somewhere In Tyme's new structure Somewhere In Tyme again Somewhere In Tyme yet again
Ok, enough of Somewhere In Tyme - Just thought Idone would want a few shots! A look down the lane Folks passing by Astral Sea Looking across the 'lake' towards the kiddie games
Back up the path Playing the flute to attract patrons These guys sell you the bottle and then refill it for a buck for 'life'. A pretty good deal considering how bad the water is at the site! Don't know why I took the picuture, but it does show the site a bit better
Dead end at the jousting field. They do have the privies across the path from the drink vendors - a convienent touch. Two clerics we know from TRF. Presubably this faire is a little closer, being in their home state. The boar swing. Act wild and ride that hog! Then it rained ...
... and folks got wet ... ... but most didn't care ... ... although some got wetter than others Meanwhile, folks played music ...
... some stood out in the rain ... ... some delivered roses ... ... and Ben got ready for a short skit ... ... while the boat was out manuvering ...
... and wet mothers care for their young ... ... and the feathered ones relax ... Ben spins a yarn about Heggie Hogs - with the obligitory intellectual property disclaimer ... ... to be joined by another fan of Heggie Hogs
The patrons regroup Royal party on their new stage - well at least it isn't sand!
